Return Policy
Our main commitment is to your complete satisfaction. If you chose a product from our online store, but upon receiving it, you find that it has a manufacturing defect or is not as described, we guarantee your right to exchange or return the item under the terms outlined below:

Dissatisfaction with the product: Within 7 (seven) calendar days from the receipt date.

Product has a defect: Within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the receipt date.

To proceed with the exchange/return, the product must not show signs of use. The product should be sent directly to our P.O. Box at outletbeautycare0@gmail.com
Our team will guide you through the entire product return process.
For returns due to dissatisfaction: Once we receive the package, we will conduct an analysis to ensure it meets the return conditions. After confirmation, our customer service team will contact you, and in this case, you can choose between:
- Exchanging it for any other product available in our stock.
- Receiving a refund for the product's cost (we do not refund the shipping cost if the product delivered is correct and in perfect condition).
Warranty: All products in our store come with a 30-day warranty, starting from the product's receipt.
To activate the warranty, the customer must send us a video of up to 1 minute showing the issue. The video must also show the packaging of the received product (including the shipping label). It is essential that the packaging appears in the video.
Customers may also prove the defect by sending photos clearly showing the issue, with the product packaging visible in the picture.

IMPORTANT:
Our warranty does not cover cosmetic damage that occurs after purchase, such as broken or cracked screens, or similar issues.
The warranty also does not cover:
- Damage caused by liquids, such as spilling water on the product or submerging it. While some products are water-resistant, there are limits specific to each item.
- Damage caused by attempts to repair or modify the device by the customer or third parties.
- Improper use of accessories.
- Failures or damage due to normal wear and tear, such as screen scratches from use, oxidation caused by the user's uric acid, etc.
- Acceptable reduction in battery life.
- Tests conducted to check the product’s resistance, such as testing the watch's glass resistance or water resistance.

I requested an exchange. How long will it take to receive my product?
Once the return is confirmed at our Distribution Center, we will inspect its condition. If everything is in order, the new product will be shipped within 5 (five) business days.
In cases of exchange or return due to dissatisfaction, size, or product discrepancies, we will perform a quality check, and if there is any sign of use, the item will be returned to the sender without notice.

I requested a return. When will I be refunded?
If payment was made by bank slip, the refund may be issued as a credit in your account on our Online Store, which can be used for a new purchase. If you do not wish to receive the credit, we will refund you via PagSeguro or Mercado Pago virtual account (you can create a free account to receive the refund).
If payment was made by credit card, the refund may either be issued as store credit for a new purchase or as a chargeback to your credit card.
Please note that credit card companies may take 30 to 60 days to process the chargeback on your statement.
