1.1 Shipping Policies

Orders placed via bank slip take 1 to 3 days for payment confirmation in our system.
We provide a tracking code for the customer to monitor the progress of their delivery.
Attention: In certain cases, the delivery period may be extended by a few additional business days due to delays, strikes, holidays, high demand at the post office, or other situations beyond our control.
The store guarantees delivery of the order and is responsible for refunding the full amount paid for products that are lost or damaged during the delivery process. All products are shipped with insurance against loss and with free online tracking. The delivery of your product is 100% guaranteed.
1.2 Insured Shipping
"If the product is delayed and not delivered within 70 business days from the dispatch date, the amount will be 100% refunded."
1.3 Order Tracking
Products will be shipped by Correios or other carriers. There will always be a tracking code that allows the customer to monitor the delivery progress. Outlet Beauty Care is committed to guiding the customer on how to track their products. The tracking code will be sent to your email once it's available.
The tracking code will be provided 3 to 9 business days after payment confirmation.
It may take 5 to 10 days for tracking information to appear on the Correios website.
2. General Conditions (Attention)
2.1 Care with Shipping Address
Outlet Beauty Care will ship products to the address specified by the customer. To avoid any issues with delivery, please ensure that the shipping address is filled out accurately when placing your order.
2.2 Recipient Not Present
Please ensure that someone will be available at the delivery address to receive the products. Correios will attempt delivery three times. If no one is present to receive the package on any of the attempts, it will be taken to the nearest Correios agency. In this case, the recipient must pick up the package at the agency within 7 calendar days. If the recipient does not collect the package, according to Correios' policy, it will be returned to the sender, and a new shipping fee will be required to resend the product.
All details regarding delivery attempts, as well as the address of the Correios agency where the recipient should pick up the package in case of absence, are recorded in the order tracking, which can be monitored on the Correios website using the tracking code provided by the store.
2.3 Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Outlet Beauty Care is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, according to Correios' policy, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made to that address.
If delivery cannot be made due to discrepancies in the address provided by the customer, the customer will not be entitled to a refund and must pay a new shipping fee of 55 reais (shipping cost + Correios fee) to resend the product.
2.4 Taxed Products
If any customs fees are charged (the postal dispatch fee is a value paid to Correios for administrative support in the customs treatment process, covering inspection, storage, tax collection, and communication with the recipient and sender), it will be the responsibility of Outlet Beauty Care. Please keep an eye on your tracking code and the current location of your product to avoid any issues.
